About Me

I am passionate about nutrition and helping you to be rooted in your wellness journey.

I am a wife, a mom to four boys, a lifelong learner, a bookworm, travel enthusiast and am happiest when I’m outside.

I'm a Nutritional Therapist and certified Restorative Wellness Practitioner, specializing in holistic gut healing and personalized nutrition. I work with individuals to uncover and address the root causes of health challenges—especially those related to digestion, inflammation, and food sensitivities—using advanced testing and a whole-body approach.

My path into nutritional therapy began as a personal journey. After having my gallbladder removed, I became deeply interested in healing myself and supporting the health of my family. When my son was diagnosed with epilepsy, that passion grew into a mission. I began to question the role of processed foods in our diets and turned to food as medicine, seeking out deeper knowledge and tools to support long-term healing.

I’m a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association and have advanced training in gastrointestinal healing through Restorative Wellness Solutions. Today, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, restore digestive health, and feel empowered to take control of their wellness—one step, one meal, and one insight at a time.

What is a Food & Mood Journal?

A Food & Mood Journal is a journal you keep of everything you eat and drink, what time are you eating and drinking? How much? Etc. You’ll also record any symptoms you might be experiencing… Do you feel bloated? Are you “hangry” or shaky if you skip meals? Are you skipping meals?

It’s important because it helps us make connections to the foods you’re eating and how you’re feeling. How is the food you’re eating impacting your sleep? How is your stress level? What are you doing to manage your stress?I may make recommendations on how to increase your protein or water intake, etc. No judgement here!

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is the idea that you can be achieved with a holistic & bio individual approach to nutrition and lifestyle. Nutrient dense diet, sleep hygiene, stress management, blood sugar regulation and optimal digestion are all tools to help you feel your best!

How long is a typical protocol?

That’s depends. Everyone is different and will have different needs. Every protocol is tailored to each individual. A typical protocol is around 6 months.
